Package Includes

We will arrange airport transfers to ensure a smooth start and end to your trekking adventure.

You will have the support of a porter to carry your luggage during the trek. Each porter will be responsible for the belongings of two trekkers.

You will be accompanied by an experienced trekking guide who will lead you on the trail and a porter to carry your heavy belongings. The guide and porter's salaries, insurance, and meals are included in the package.

You will be provided with three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek. Additionally, you can enjoy tea five times a day. The accommodation will be in the best available teahouses or lodges along the trekking route.

We will take care of all the necessary entry permits and fees required for the trek, including special permits and the Trekker’s Information Management System (TIMS) card.

During your stay in Kathmandu, you will be accommodated in a comfortable 3-star hotel on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

All the required ground transportation, as mentioned in the itinerary, will be provided, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.

While trekking, you will stay in twin-sharing teahouses or basic lodges, providing you with a cozy and authentic mountain experience.

We will provide a duffle bag to safely and conveniently carry your trekking gear during the trek.

At the end of your trek, we will organize a special farewell dinner to celebrate your successful journey and experiences in Nepal.

Package Excludes

The cost of the Nepal visa is not included in the package. Travelers will need to arrange for their visa upon arrival in Nepal. It is advisable to bring four passport-size pictures for the visa application.

The package does not cover the expenses for alcoholic beverages, bottled mineral water, soft drinks, or any snacks or extra food items purchased during the trek.

Travelers are responsible for their own medical expenses, including any emergency evacuation costs. It is highly recommended to have comprehensive international travel insurance that includes coverage for trekking activities and emergency rescue.

If travelers require an extra porter to carry their personal day bag during the trek, it will not be included in the package and will be an additional cost.

The package includes accommodation for three nights in Kathmandu as per the itinerary. Any additional nights spent in Kathmandu beyond the itinerary will be at the traveler's own expense.

Travelers are responsible for their personal clothing, packing items, bags, trekking gears, and medical kit.

The package includes breakfast in Kathmandu. Lunch, dinner, and any additional food expenses in Kathmandu will be at the traveler's own cost.
