Package Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by your guide or representative.They will assist you with the necessary immigration and customs procedures.After collecting your baggage, you will be transferred to your pre-arranged hotel in Kathmandu.Take some time to rest and acclimatize to the altitude or explore the nearby areas around your otel.

Enjoy an early breakfast and head to the airport for a scenic flight to Pokhara, a city nestled beside the serene Phewa Lake with stunning mountain views.Upon reaching Pokhara, embark on a picturesque drive to Hile, which marks the starting point of your trek.The trekking adventure begins as you make your way to Ulleri, a charming village located at an altitude of 2,050 meters.This initial trek takes around 4 to 5 hours and includes beautiful forested trails and glimpses of the Himalayas.Arrive in Ulleri, where you'll settle into a lodge for a well-deserved night's rest.

Today's trek takes you from Ulleri to Ghorepani, a higher-altitude village known for its stunning views and as a gateway to the Annapurna region.The trail passes through lush rhododendron forests and offers occasional panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.After 4 to 5 hours of hiking, arrive in Ghorepani, where you'll spend the night in a cozy teahouse.

Wake up early in the morning for an invigorating hike to Poon Hill, a renowned viewpoint that offers a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.After capturing the sunrise, return to Ghorepani for breakfast.Following breakfast, continue your trek to Tadapani, where you'll encounter lush forests and charming villages along the way.This day's trek takes approximately 6 to 7 hours. Tadapani is situated at an elevation of 2,610 meters, and you'll stay overnight in a teahouse here.

Descend from Tadapani to the picturesque village of Ghandruk, known for its traditional Gurung culture and stunning mountain views.Explore the village and its cultural attractions.Later in the day, drive back to Pokhara, where you can relax by the lakeside or explore the city.Overnight stay in Pokhara.

After breakfast, catch a short flight back to Kathmandu.Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel.You can spend the day at leisure, exploring more of Kathmandu or doing some last-minute shopping.Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

This day provides flexibility for rest or optional sightseeing in Kathmandu.You can visit cultural and historical sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, or Bhaktapur Durbar Square.Alternatively, you can relax, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy a leisurely day as you prepare for your departure.

Depending on your flight schedule, you'll have some free time for last-minute activities or shopping. Check out from your hotel and be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight, concluding your memorable trekking adventure in Nepal.

Package Includes

You will be picked up from the airport upon arrival in Kathmandu and dropped off at the airport at the end of the trip.

Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and Pokhara to Kathmandu are included in the package.

One porter will be provided for every two trekkers to carry your luggage during the trek.

A knowledgeable and experienced trekking guide will accompany you throughout the journey. The porter will assist in carrying your belongings. Their salaries, insurance, and meals are covered.

During the trek, you will be provided with three meals a day along with five tea breaks. The accommodation in the lodges along the trail will be the best available.

All the necessary entry fees, including conservation fees, permits, and the TIMS (Trekker’s Information Management System), are included in the package.

You will have a total of three nights' accommodation in a 3-star or similar category hotel in Kathmandu on a Bed and Breakfast (BB) plan. In Pokhara, a simple hotel will be provided.

Private vehicle transportation from Kathmandu to Besisahar and public jeep reservation from Besisahar to Chame is included in the package.

During the trek, basic lodge accommodations will be provided on a twin-sharing basis.

You will be provided with a duffle bag to pack your belongings for the trek.

A farewell dinner with cultural programs will be organized at the end of the trek to celebrate the successful completion of the journey.

Package Excludes

Nepal visa, which can be obtained upon arrival at the airport. Please bring four passport-size pictures for visa processing.

Alcoholic beverages, bottled mineral water, soft drinks, and snack foods are not included in the cost. You will need to cover the expenses for these items during the trek.

We strongly recommend that you purchase international travel insurance that includes rescue services for your safety and well-being.

If you require an extra porter for your personal day bag pack during the trek, it will be an additional cost.

Riding a horse along the trek or engaging in any other extra activities are not included in the cost and will be at your own expense.

Any additional cost incurred due to natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or any events beyond our control is not covered in the package.

Sightseeing in Kathmandu is not included in the cost. If you wish to go for sightseeing, it can be arranged separately as per your preferences and duration of stay in Nepal.

Any extra night stays in Kathmandu beyond the itinerary are not included in the package cost.

Personal clothing, packing items, bags, personal medical kit, and trekking gears are not provided and should be arranged by the trekkers themselves.

The cost does not include meals in Kathmandu. You will need to cover the expenses for your food while staying in Kathmandu.

Tips or gifts to staff, including guides, porters, and other support staff, are not included in the package cost. Tipping is customary in Nepal as a gesture of appreciation for the services provided.
